Appeal Procedure
We are unable to respond to appeals/complaints by telephone.
If your vehicle has been wheel clamped or issued with a PCN (Penalty Charge Notice), this will usually be because it was parked unlawfully or against conditions displayed. However, if you feel you have grounds for appeal or wish to make a complaint, please do so within 14 days of the offence, either in writing, to:

Please state your reason for appeal/complaint, and any other information you feel is relevant.
We shall usually respond by writing/e-mail within 21 days.
Important notes:
Wheel Clamping appeal
Please include the following information:
A) Vehicle registration/Model/Colour
B) Date of offence
C) Penalty reference
PCN appeal
Please include the following information:
A) Vehicle registration
B) Date of issue
C) PCN reference number
Payment of the PCN should still be made within 10 days of issue, to ensure that you are not liable for the standard non-reduced charge if your appeal is unsuccessful. If your appeal is successful, your payment will be returned/refunded.
